Another season begins and the excitement is rolling in fast!
The race for the new Fyzuntu International League Title officially launched on 1st August, and we can’t wait to see what this season has in store. Will the THAI DRAGONS, last season’s League Champions and shown below, be able to recapture their electrifying form? All eyes are on them as they return to defend their title!
The Thai Dragons, Phil and Amanda, receiving the Fyzuntu International League winner’s trophy whilst touring the UK befotre moving on to Japan for the World’s Athletic Championships. Will they retain the Fyzuntu Interational Team Knockout Trophy to be decided soon at the Annual Championships?
This season also comes with a small rule tweak to keep things fresh. Can you spot the change? Take a look at the updated guidelines here:

Looking ahead, the twelfth Fyzuntu Annual Championships are set for 31st August 2025 at our familiar and much-loved venue, Abthorpe School Hall. Invitations will be sent out soon, with more details to follow. Who will rise to the occasion this year? Will anyone break Dan’s legendary record of 295 game points, or Will’s classic Knockout Chalice high game score from 2013?
We’re also spicing things up this year with the introduction of a brand new Pairs Competition! Trophies and a cash prize await the top duo. This exciting addition will replace the traditional Coconut prize for the lowest scorer of the day. So get ready to team up and aim high!
And of course, the winners of the F.I.L.A. Team Knockout Cup will be announced at the event — don’t miss it!
