CHIPUP – PLAY FOR STAKES, TOKENS OR WHATEVER!
Fyzuntu is essentially a social, family game. We thought that playing for stakes or tokens was not for young players but feedback tells us that yes, they love playing for tokens and like to see their stacks build up. There are two ways to play and you just need some counters, coins, whatever.
We also have “How to play Chipup” in French, German, Italian and Spanish. Please see the contact form at the bottom of this page if you would like a copy.
Players can decide how many rounds to play. The total of each player’s score in each round is rounded up to the nearest 10. The winner receives the equivalent tokens from the other players.
In Round 1, for example, in the scoresheet below, Joyce is the highest scorer.
Tanawat pays her 2 tokens, Jimmy 6 tokens & Gemma 4 tokens.
In Round 2, Gemma is the highest scorer.
Tanawat pays her 7 tokens, Jimmy 2 tokens & Joyce 5 tokens.
At the end of the game Jimmy is the winner but Joyce and Gemma have both won more tokens!
Tanawat has 0 tokens, Jimmy has 8 tokens,
Joyce has 21 tokens and Gemma has 14 tokens.Sample Fyz Red Scoresheet v6
